This project involves the renovation of approximately 3,000 square feet of the 3rd floor of the Whitney Hendrickson Building on UK’s campus. The renovation included treatment rooms, consult rooms, a multipurpose room, and an office and lobby/reception area. The new clinic was planned using a concept called Fibonacci sequence, a naturally occurring set of numbers that can be found in nature, music, architecture, art and the human body as well as many other facets of life. This design method was used in the new clinic as a way to create a space where modern medicine and natural healing can harmonize into a unique healing experience.
