The Project

This project entailed a new, stand-alone office building. The building structure consisted of cast-in-place concrete foundations, a concrete slab-on-grade, structural steel frame, and tongue and groove wood roof decking. All exterior and interior walls were light gauge metal stud framing. The building façade consisted of a masonry veneer and fiber cement architectural rain screen wall panels. The roof was a standing seam metal roof. The building also contained a small warehouse space with an overhead door opening. The HVAC, plumbing and electrical work were all completed on a design/build basis.
