VCA Woodford Animal Hospital

We cater to our clients big and small… including toy poodles. This project gets two “paws up” When the Woodford Animal Hospital needed a new state of the art facility to enhance the level of care for the community, they knew who to call!

The Project

Marrillia in collaboration with MD Architects joined forces to construct a state-of -art veterinary clinic and animal hospital spanning an area of 9,605 square feet in the heart of Versailles, Kentucky. One of the initial steps of the project included the demolition of the existing veterinary facility. This step cleared the way for the construction of the new hospital, which was designed to provide top-notch care for animals in the community. All major trades were required to complete this project including, but not limited to, demolition, site improvements, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, structural steel, heavy timber, finish carpentry and beyond. Marrillia also constructed fire protection, mechanical, electrical, X-Ray shielding and more to meet the needs of this modern medical facility.  The $4,744,756 project is a significant investment in the community’s animal healthcare and continues to provide high quality care for pets and other animals.
